Orders
Orders can be placed via the online form. By placing an order, you declare that you are over 18 years old, providing accurate, truthful, and complete information, and have the authority to place the order. We reserve the right to terminate your account and limit your use of the site if we believe you have violated any of these terms and conditions, including providing false information. Any subsequent communication with DESIGNMOOD must be handled via email. Any order modifications discussed over the phone must be confirmed via email to avoid confusion.
Payments
All prices on designmood.art are in euros unless otherwise specified and do not include VAT. The preferred payment method is bank transfer. A deposit of 50% of the purchase price is due at the time of order. After placing the order, you will receive an invoice for the deposit. This deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to an alternative order if the original order is canceled (subject to a 24-hour time limit from cancellation). The balance must be paid before the goods can be shipped. When the order is ready for shipping, you will receive an invoice for the total amount.
Warranty
DESIGN MOOD offers a two-year warranty on parts and labor. This warranty covers shipping and shipping insurance. The warranty does not cover leather, stainless steel, or any item modified or altered by third parties, nor damage caused by impacts, chemicals, failure to follow usage instructions, routine maintenance, or normal wear and tear. Any post-sale assistance request, whether covered by the warranty or not, is subject to DESIGNMOOD's approval before the shipment of an item can be authorized. Out-of-Warranty Repairs
Repairs on items no longer covered by warranty require a preliminary assessment at our location, followed by a quote to be approved by the customer. Procedure for requesting repairs: send an email to info@designmood.art .
Liability
Despite every effort to ensure that all graphical representations and product descriptions available on DESIGN MOOD are correct, we are not responsible for any variations from these descriptions. Except as provided under the warranty, DESIGN MOOD and its employees and agents shall not be liable for any damages, including personal, material, or economic damages (including consequential or incidental damages caused by negligence or default), arising from the use or resale of DESIGN MOOD products by the customer.
General Terms
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Your content (excluding credit card data) may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform to the technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer.
