Please note that we may make changes to the Shipping Policy without prior notice. Regarding legal matters, Italian law applies unless otherwise stated.

Shipping, Delivery, and Damages
Before placing an order, it is your responsibility to verify and determine your full ability to receive the ordered products. This includes ensuring that the ordered products can freely fit into your home, be transported through the front door or room entrance, stairs, and passageways, and that there are no other issues that could complicate or prevent delivery. DESIGN MOOD or the manufacturer will handle the shipping unless the buyer specifies otherwise.
Delivery times will be agreed upon with you once the products are ready for shipment. All orders must be fully paid before being released by DESIGN MOOD. Although we use a premium transport service, transit times are outside of our control. It is your responsibility to provide us with complete and written details of any access difficulties to the delivery location (e.g., stairs, loading docks, or elevators) prior to delivery. We reserve the right to charge additional costs for unusual access conditions not communicated in writing.
Our courier will deliver the design piece to the buyer’s address within the timeframe indicated on the product page. The buyer agrees that the delivery address entered on the checkout page is correct. Any damages must be reported. The courier covers a single ground-level delivery during weekday delivery hours. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all orders are in their original condition within 48 hours of delivery. Any shipment returned due to unjustified delays or failure to accept delivery by the buyer will result in the payment of all additional costs incurred, including storage fees. Damages that occur during transit and delivery must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. If the customer selects their own courier, claims for compensation must be submitted directly to the selected courier. DESIGN MOOD is not responsible for damages and compensation claims related to transportation arranged by the customer or third parties.

Delivery Times
We provide an estimated delivery time on our product pages. Please note that these times are subject to change. During periods of high demand or holidays, delivery times may increase, in which case we will inform you at the time of order confirmation.

Changes to the Shipping Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of such changes.
