Refund Policy - Furniture Design

The Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions applicable to the return of our products. This policy applies to products purchased from DESIGN MOOD, either through the website or directly from us. Products purchased from DESIGN MOOD can only be returned in accordance with this policy.

Returns for Custom-Made Products
Custom-made (made-to-order/bespoke/custom) products cannot be canceled once production has begun. Damaged or defective products will be replaced within the normal production time required to reorder and produce the same product.

Return Instructions:

Inspection upon delivery: It is your responsibility to inspect the products for any damages immediately after delivery. If you notice any damage or believe a product is defective, contact us immediately to report the issue. Damages that occur during transit and delivery must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Conditions for replacement: To qualify for a product replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all packing materials and a copy of the shipping invoice.
Product verification: After receiving the returned product, DESIGN MOOD will examine the items to determine, at its reasonable discretion, whether the product was indeed damaged or defective at the time of delivery. If we find no issues with the returned product, we will inform you that the return cannot be accepted, and we will ship the product back to you at your expense.
Ineligible products: DESIGN MOOD will not accept goods that, at its reasonable discretion, have been used, altered, or damaged by you or third parties for which we are not responsible. We are not liable in case of loss, theft, or tampering with the returned goods.
Shipping costs: Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable. However, if approved, the replacement product will be shipped free of charge, unless expedited shipping is requested.
Order Modifications
Production begins shortly after receiving the order. Therefore, we can modify your order only if production has not yet started. Once the order is confirmed, any requests for changes must be submitted in writing. We cannot guarantee that the requested changes can be made. Any approved modifications will incur additional costs.

Returns for In-Stock Products
For in-stock products, we have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

Return Conditions:

Eligibility: The product must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return process: To initiate a return, contact us at info@designmood.art . If the return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions for returning the product.
Shipping costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Products returned without prior request for a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Notification: We will inform you once we have received and inspected the returned product and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not.
Processing time: If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges for products sold on our website.

Changes to the Return and Refund Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of such changes.
